Are you thinking of what career to pursue in medical field? Here in our country I’m sure many are now having second thoughts on taking up nursing degree since the unemployment rate for nurses has increased a lot.

Anyway, the latest trend in healthcare service nowadays is the medical records assistant jobs. There’s a high demand for this job that’s why this can be considered a good career option for someone interested in the field of medical care in the health sector. In order to become a medical assistant, you must have a diploma or technical course certificate.

The medical assistant’s job is to assist the doctors in their routine work apart from which they also have to help patients and visitors by providing them with information about the various operational procedures that takes place in a health care institute. There medical assistant are required to maintain health records of patients, attend to wounds and change dressings, observe the health of the patients and report to a nurse or a doctor if there’s any change, drawing blood and collecting urine samples for diagnosis are among other routine duties.

With the number of patients increasing daily and with doctors being run off their feet, a medical assistant’s job is not an easy one and only those with the right type of attitude should apply for it.

Today’s hot trend is about the rumored arrival of the Ice Cream Sandwich, the next version of Google’s Android mobile operating system.

Ice Cream Sandwich is set for an official launch sometime in the next two months, so it’s only natural for some shots to leak out.  Report says a lucky gent ordered a Samsung Nexus S on eBay and, upon its arrival, noticed that his new prized possession looked a little… different. Hopping over to the About screen, he was shocked to discover that the device was running ICS. The firmware appears to be operating on the same baseband as the screenshots leaked a few weeks ago, but it’s running on an updated build (IRK48) and kernel (3.0.1).

My son’s birthday is coming soon and we’re thinking if we would just make our own birthday party invitations or just buy commercially made ones. We’re also thinking if we will hold the party in our house or in another place. If we will cook the food or hire a caterer. Hayy..organizing a party  can be very stressful especially if you’re a working mom and you have a very limited time in handling the preparations. So in order to avoid the stress and hassle, I think we better start with all the planning and preparations now. Last year we just had a simple birthday celebration because we ran out of time in the preparation.
